An Army Reserve member is showing that Army chefs can do more than peel potatoes. Eddie Malone, a food service specialist from Fort Knox, just took a gold medal in a culinary competition, similar to an Iron Chef type cook off. The chefs had to prepare four course menus, gourmet pastries and off course centerpieces.
